A full day intensive analysis, examination and diagnosis for your business, followed by a detailed “Wake up & Shape up” Plan to be implemented with guidance and leadership from your Mentor Coach.  Includes Team Building Mastermind Meeting facilitated by your Coach to foster collaboration, communication and creative thinking to boost problem solving and opportunity identification, assessment and implementation strategies among your team.
